At Justine Clenquet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Justine Clenquet box and ensure they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our studio in France.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the jewelry for quality assurance and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
